I am Ivar, at the beginning of 2009 I was diagnosed with an L5-S1 hernia and the specialist operated on me. In 2016 the specialist wanted to operate on me again only a few vertebrae higher. I chose a different path and ended up at Shiatsu transposition practice in Pijnacker. That person was W.H.G. de Haas. He made me bend forward 3 times and immediately knew what was going on. My pelvis was very crooked and my vertebra had been correcting this for 17 years after a very violent skiing accident.
Mister de Haas has worked on me for 5 sessions of 10 minutes and everything has been fine since then.
Now for more than 10 years I had no problems.
In 2012 I was diagnosed with cancer which took me on a deep personal proces with a lot of inner work.
It was a deep healing journey with my life, body and emotional wellbeing. I learned how to help my body release emotional blocks and to circulate my life-force energy in a way that keeps me clear, healthy and vital.
I have learned a lot of meditation, breath work and de-armouring.
The cancer is under control and is not precent in my body right now.
In the end of 2022 I went full in MER education, I did 7 modules within 2 years with the best teachers: Satyarthi Peloquin and Nisarga Dodosz.
I'm really passionate about it and, it changed my life and connection with myself and others.
I have been giving de-armouring sessions sinds 2017 and now giving MER sessions since beginning of 2023.
I started assisting MER education end of 2024 back, neck, pelvis and breath in Broughton sanctuary UK.

- april 2025 I follow a MER masterclass focused on fluid body and opening the joints in Amsterdam Netherlands.
- april 2025 assisting MER education grounding: feet, legs, pelvis and knees in Broughton sanctuary UK.
- july 2025 assisting MER education grounding: feet, legs, pelvis and knees in Kikow Poland.
- november 2025 assisting MER education centering: pelvis and core integration in Broughton sanctuary UK.
- december 2025 assisting MER education centering: pelvis and core integration in Kikow Poland.
Next year I will assist in UK, Poland and Estonia.
